Late Appoinments & Cancellations
After hours appointments are available if needed, at my discretion, for an after hours fee of $25. Please contact me directly at NailsByKalee@gmail.com or text me (661)666-0274 to schedule.
In order to respect the time of both my clients and myself, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $15 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any need for cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a $25 fee that must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.
If you do not show up and do not contact me (no show), you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying an non-refundable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from the salon.
Repairs & Refunds
If you are not happy with your nails, please make me aware of it before you pay. I will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
– Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $10+ each.
-Traditional Nail polish services are not guaranteed. However, it would be my pleasure to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24-48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for a repolish within 2 days.

Payments & Pricing
My service pricing may occasionally vary, at my discretion, based on time and materials required for each unique service. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation.
Existing clients with a no-show or late cancellation history will be required to pay deposits for any booking.
Payment for all services can be made by cash (preferred), Zelle, Venmo, or Debit/Credit. Debit/credit card transactions come with a 3.5% service fee.
Child Policy & Age Requirements
In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere children are only permitted in the salon if they are being seen for a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, I ask that no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. I do not want to compromise you and our other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. I do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. I cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment and any damages done will be the responsibility of the client/guardian.
For servicing, extension sets are restricted to ages 14 and up and a gel polish manicure is 12 and up. Any other service requests will be completed with regular, air-dry polish only.
Cell Phones & Animals
Please check to see if your phone is on vibrate or silent. I ask kindly that if you need to make a phone call please step outside. If you need to take an important phone call, please let me know in advance before your service. Keep in mind this may cut into your service time. I also ask that while I working with you, especially during art, you do not use your cell phone. It makes it difficult for me to do the job up to both our standards. Thank you!
Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and I abide by these rules. In order to protect clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals”. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Health & Safety
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
The safety of both me and my clients is my utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. If I suspect you are sick, you will be asked to reschedule.
Masks are MANDATORY. Disposable masks are available to you at the time of service. No mask, no service.
Customer information in my files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. I do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.
Right to Refuse
I Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
